Looking at the Court’s complete unwillingness to step forward as the third co-equal branch of government raises more questions than answers.
Repeatedly in the past year – before the election, when Democrats put into place unconstitutional election rules, and after the election, when people begged it to review fraud claims – a majority on the United States Supreme Court went through mental gymnastics to create reasons not to hear claims about the 2020 election. They did this even though there was already precedence from the top court in Bush v. Gore 2000. Why? Why the staunch refusal by the Supreme Court?
Just now entering the debate is former military intelligence Captain Seth Keshel (ret.), whose findings may force the Supreme Court to grapple with questions about the election. Keshel’s earthshaking scientific data election report contends that President Trump probably won seven states that had been called for Biden (Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Minnesota). If Kassel’s numbers are correct, that gives Trump 321 electoral college votes, well above the 270 needed to win the White House. Maybe that will give the Supreme Court reason to get involved in the fraudulent and duplicitous election of our president. For now, though, the Supreme Court believes the election was “stolen, fair-and-square.”
The question is whether the justices are cowards, crooks, or compromised, for those three choices seem to be the only way to explain their resolute refusal to make any decisions regarding the Presidential Election of 2020. This constitutes a historic failure on their part, for the Court is refusing to be a co-equal branch of the federal government. It has been my thought, and I have professed for a while, the the whole of the government of this land, Federal, state, and municipal are illegitimate with bounds of the U.S. Constitution. Several amendments to the Constitution are in conflict with the Bill of Rights.
All aspects of governments are beholden to special interests. Any law or right in this land belongs to all men/women. There can be no right,p law or set aside that favors any sex, gender, race, creed, or religion. To do spits in the face of ghis nation. Politicians have spent two hundred fifty years twisting and deforming the intent of our Constitution.
Corruption is so endemic that there is no way back. You are going to be on one side or the other. There is no longer any grounds for mutual coexistence. Our enemies know this and it’s time we admitted it. The implications are horrendous. Who said, “Give me one thousand dedicated men and I will rule the world”?
I’ll add another “C” — Communists. At least three on the court are full fledged, loyal commies. Their mission, from Day One of their first day on the court, is to undermine the Constitution at every turn. These three have never faltered from that goal.
I believe the word “threatened” fits here too. As in “Nice family you have there Justice Kavanagh. Be a shame if anything happened to them. Or you.” The deep state is quite capable of this. Ask Scalia.
It starts in college. Those who don’t want to work for a living try to get into law school. And now we have 1.4 million lawyers in the US. The real screw ups try to get on the court. The egomaniacs make it to the Supreme Court where they spend most of their time avoiding difficult cases. Thus the judicial system is a joke. A bad joke.

The past 15 years proves article 3 was a mistake. Even if we had a real revolution with pitch forks and tar and feather, we would never find out who decides what the supreme court says. There is no justice in this country for the people it has always been a money grab for lawyers and not much more.
That the above mentioned three allow their names and reputations to be associated with the stupid and ruinous court decisions is evidence enough that there are no patriots in Washington DC. Spare the deep state the trouble of packing the court by stepping down and ending the illusion of fairness.
The Supreme Court doesn't matter any more.
President Biden openly defied them when he extended the eviction moratorium, an act he knew beforehand was illegal.
He committed an unambiguous impeachable offense.
The GOP did nothing.
Precedent has ben established. You can now openly defy a court ruling that you don't like and get away with it.
Captain Seth Keshel Is mostly correct but that gas no bearing on SCOTUS.
They closed their doors to Election Theft 2020. Hard stop.
What is awful at present is how so many courts refuse to take on mandate stupidity and anti-science mandates.

My only guess is he is following the biblical exhortation to
” be salt “
But at some point salt quits being salty.
At that point I waver between 2 conclusions
Throw the salt out
Knock the dust off the sandals.
And am left with one place to go
The prayer closet.
Pray for our enemies and leaders
Even if those are one and the same.
Now I know some Christians will say pick up a sword
Remember that when told to pray for our enemies we are told it
” heaps coals on their heads”
Also remember the Word identifies the sword as being the Word.
