There undoubtedly are intel community technologies to read Internet traffic in real time, if you know what you’re looking for. He also mentioned that the election tech that Montgomery had worked on wasn’t known to him with the names that have been reported (undoubtedly because those were products that Wiebe was involved with and of a different focus.

This gets into how the globalists intervene in "friendly" nations to help their friends. Politicians routinely get around domestic surveillance laws by sharing spying on the domestic opposition with their foreign friends in reciprocal favors. So the U.K. can spy on people in the U.S., and the U.S. can spy on people in the U.K. Then they just share the intel with each other shamelessly. It wouldn't be at all surprising if they were doing similar things with election hacking. That could explain the Obama-Renzi connection and the allegations the 2020 election hacking was centered in Rome.
