Had a friend who went off the deep end looking for UFOs. He started with crop circles, believing they were a sign from UFOs. At one point he had no contact with another human for almost a year. Don’t know where he is now, but definitely not sane.
UFOs (alien contact) is a fascinating subject and true brain teasers.
Probably 90% of it is pure garbage.
Another 5% or so is government disinformation to cover up secret projects.
But, imho, 5% of it is the real deal.
Good luck separating the third category from the first two...many brilliant folks have tried and failed.
