Um no. No software is safe from hacking.
Its kind of like a lock, a varying amount of skill, resources, and time are required to defeat what ever security measures are in place, but it can be done.
The seminal bitcoin whitepaper stated as much :
"The system is secure as long as honest nodes collectively control more CPU power than any cooperating group of attacker nodes"
I love this terminology! Honest CPUs versus attacking CPUs! Why do I think of TRON when I read of this?
