This is what I see, and many others see also.
Some person (could be a male or female, likely male) comes on the scene as a Vaccine Whistle Blower.
He repeats the same mantra that anyone can get from the internet but adds a bit of his own flare.
He’s sees the attention and kudos from yourself and others.
Then he drops the “I was Water Boarded using Battery Acid because of my Whistle Blowerness.” thing.
This is done on purpose to clear the decks from people that are not ready to buy what he’s about sell.
All people that stay after the Water Boarding comment are “In”. They’re hooked.
So now he can drop the Vaccine thing and proceed with really cool stuff, he can be the new and improved “Q” type dude.
He is an expert in Sonic Technology and Brain Wave Altering 5G Audio Waves…….
He has the goods on everyone we hate……Comey, Hillary, Obama, Roberts, etc.
