2 of your accounts said an autopsy was requested. I said family can’t request an autopsy as it is done at the discretion of the M.E.

*snip*

At that point…….the family can make all the request they want, but the legal authority sits with the M.E.

Do you see the problem here?

You're just not smart, Chase. That's the problem.

No genius.

You’re the one lacking.

I shall spell it out for you and type very slow.

The family can not request an autopsy it come from the police or M.E. Or if there is not a Doctor willing to sign the death certificate.

No matter what, the family can make all the request they want, including but not limited to cheese burgers and fries but SAID REQUEST IS IRRELEVANT BECAUSE THE M.E. HAS ALL OF THE LEGAL AUTHORITY.

Did we really need Romper Room reading here?

You look so hard for a crack but there isn’t one so your limited mind invents one.
