I think the way Elder answers the question reinforces my concern that he was dropped in to prevent anyone who is on Trump’s side like Caitlyn Jenner lets say from winning.

Elder is a great guy as I have stated on numerous occasions but his promotion by those who were clearly in the “Never Trump” camp of 2016 as in Glenn Beck and so on causes me to consider that notion.
