I believe that the PCAPs came from the same webservcice that was used by the media. We all saw a few examples, like the GOV race in KY where votes appeared to flip. This was written off as a 'glitch'. It wasn't, it was just timing.

The vote counts go to the Scytl servers to be distributed to the media. But, besides that, they also determine where votes are required to be flipped. They send a request to voting system to update it's counts, and then when confirmed, they update the count sent to the media. This takes a little bit of time. If you request the count just before and just after the change, it will be obvious, as it was in those 'glitches'.

I believe they simply hammered the webservice to get the data. If they are able to get data quicker than the servers are able to determine and update then they will get results pre/post the update process. If you get enough data the changes will be obvious.

With this data they should be able to see exactly where all the changes were made. With this data you should be able to know EXACTLY where to look for the requests from the servers to update the counts.

I have been catching snippets of the Lindell broadcast. I get the impression that results of national, state, and local elections have been manipulated for decades, well beyond the capacity of old school Democratic politicians like Lyndon Johnson and Richard Daley, the elder, whose careers were computers were involved. Those politicians used falsified ballots cast in the names of dead people. There is a scene in the movie, The Irishman, which showed how low level gangsters would comb the cemeteries for names of the deceased and then vote in their name in numerous precincts.

Our assumptions about sociological changes like increased populations of nonwhites, migrants from liberal states, suburban women, and millennials, ones I assumed were correct, may have been falsehoods spread by the Deep State and their minions in both the MSM and Conservatism, Inc., to explain leftward shifts in places like Virginia and Colorado.
