I was wondering about using those. I have used them when I feel a cold coming on (which is quite rare for me) and it "Kicks" the cold in the ASS! A cold and covid are both viruses.
Stock up, because from my personal anecdotal experience with Covid, they kicked it in the ass as well. I was much less sick than my healthy 20 something son who I got it from. He had 3 days of 101 fever compared to my 1 day of 99.
I used swabs and he did not. I am also overweight while he is not.
I’ve adopted this regimen when I feel a cold coming on:
1. Povidone-Iodine mouthwash 4X/day, 45 seconds each time.
2. Vicks “First Defence,” a carrageenan based nasal spray. They claim it gloms onto foreign substances and you blow them out of your nose. 2 or 3 blasts, 3X/day.
3. Cold-Eze zinc lozenges. Up to 5 or 6 per day.
I haven’t tried the nasal swabs.
I’ve been using this treatment most of the past year (in addition to the full COVID prophylaxis protocol) and haven’t had a cold, flu, or bronchitis yet.
