FDR in his later pictures definitely looked like someone with Cancer.
A clinician friend in cardiology (electrophysiology professor) used to refer to FDR’s blood pressure at Yalta in the Crimea when he looked and sounded terrible and “gave away the store” with Churchill’s help to appease Stalin.
FDR’s blood pressure at Yalta was 260/150. He was incapacitated, and in photos was chain smoking along with this hypertension. No doubt considered “normal” with the little understanding had in those days.

Article is very interesting reading— the strokes that killed all 3 who were at Yalta. FDR died 2 months after Yalta. At Warm Springs, GA where Biden went to visit during his “campaign” for guilt by association and when he went to Jimmah Cahtah (the nooclear engineer who wasn’t).
