I am, at this moment in a doctor’s waiting room. I need to be here. They require a mask. The Elderly around me are terrified. How, exactly am I going to go maskless? I would further terrify the elderly and the doctor may refuse to see me.
The concept of a doctor having a waiting room is antiquated IMO. I’ve always hated waited for a GP appointment in a room full of sickness and germs.
At my veterinarian, you check-in, they give you a beeper and you wait in the car with your dog. Beeper goes off, and you enter directly into the treatment room.
