little jeremiah to ransomnote

I think for myself. And I am allowed to voice my viewpoints, just as you are.

~~~~~~~~~
Perhaps that would be clearer if you wrote "I don't know", instead of writing,  "we don't know" to those who disagree with you? Because otherwise, I perceive your use of "we" to be dismissive of others' viewpoints until later, when a more acceptable consensus is received.
“Acceptable consensus” is not how one arrives at the truth; I am not a fan of groupthink.
I don’t agree with all viewpoints but I respect that people have a right to hold them.
I'm siding with ransomnote on this issue.
LJ, as you used "we", it became the royal "we", and it became an issue.
I went looking for an article to explain and found one. For your reading pleasure There's only one acceptable time to use the royal "we", aka Your boss is taking advantage of you if they use this grammar pattern
