She will have to be resolute & play chicken with them even if it costs her job. If they fire her she can sue them to kingdom come.

Call their bluff, hire a lawyer to provide a stern warning on official letterhead that large financial penalties will be sought for ANY damage to her (vax companies are immune from liability, but private companies are not), invoke the Nuremberg Code, sue them if they fire her.
Yes, was watching some tuber (maybe Clif High) — “When they make the jab mandatory at work, the first thing you do is go to the courthouse and file a complaint of a ‘hostile work environment’.” This may not do anything (prolly not), but the system is in play. Then require them to fire you (Don’t Quit).
For your D-I-L this would be doubly useful to a legal suit with all the data on infertility/early miscarriage with the jab methinks.
