About 195 million Americans have had at least one dose, and about 166 million are considered fully vaccinated. Around 13 million got the single shot J&J vaccine, so subtracting those from the fully vaccinated, leaves about 153 million who got a second shot of Pfizer or Moderna.
So 195 firsts, and 153 seconds totals around 348 doses - within one percent of the 351. Some doses have also been administered to foreigners while they are in the country.
