Gender test demanded for 200-meter silver Olympic medalist because she ran too fast, says former athlete

Former Polish athlete Marcin Urbas has demanded that Namibian sprinter Christine Mboma, 18, go through a sex-affirming test because he cannot believe someone who can run her times is "definitely is a woman."

Mboma won silver at the 200-meter sprint in Tokyo on Monday. She was narrowly beaten to the gold medal by Jamaica's Elaine Thompson-Herah, who broke the world record for the women's 200-meters with a time of just 21.53 seconds - 0.28 seconds faster than Mboma.

---SNIP--- Due to her high testosterone levels, Mboma is barred from competing in races between 400-meters and 1000-meters, as per the Olympic rules

well, a woman with typical testosterone levels wouldn’t

if she has naturally high levels and is a woman, its legit because shes got a natural genetic advantage

can’t blame her for it

if she was doping that’s artificial and banned

so would we then put ankle weights on michael jordan because of his genetics?

will we make people with great vision wear lenses that make it worse, if they are using their genetics to achieve better results?

Why? They’re letting trangenders win medals in other sports. We live in a ridiculous world.

From the strangely written article:

Whilst women like Mboma are challenged over their genetic makeup, US swimmer Michael Phelps- regarded as one of the greatest Olympians of all time with 23 gold medals - is considered blessed as a result of his health anomalies. They include an abnormally large wingspan, a lack of lactic acid production, which reduces fatigue, and double-jointed ankles for a powerful paddle.

None of Michael Phelps' anomalies can be chemically changed. You can take drugs to make you taller. You can take drugs to make you stronger. You can't take drugs to make you double jointed or make your arms abnormally long.

THE YEAR WAS 2081, and everybody was finally equal. They weren’t only equal before God and the law. They were equal every which way. Nobody was smarter than anybody else. Nobody was better looking than anybody else. Nobody was stronger or quicker than anybody else. All this equality was due to the 211th, 212th, and 213th Amendments to the Constitution, and to the unceasing vigilance of agents of the United States Handicapper General.

How long before Myers is canceled for his famous quote “that’s a Man, baby!”?

If this person is a woman, then her body shape/development looks more like a male compared to the other two runners in this photo:

Leaner thighs and pelvic area being the most notable. This may be the result of her high testosterone levels, but I can see why there’s a question about her birth gender. It must be difficult to go through life with people questioning one’s real gender because of appearance/development.

I knew an athlete who made every other guy feel like a girl in comparison. Up through high school, whatever team sport it was, his team won. This includes state championships etc. He was positively inhuman.

I remember though, watching him wrestle in a summer league in high school. He was a terrible wrestler, but he was too fast and strong for everyone, and won in a leisurely way, until he got to the finals that is. The other guy swept him in to the air, twisted him like fresh pasta, and drove his head into the mat up to his shoulders — in about a second.

That other guy was Marvis Frazier — Joe Frazier’s son.

There’s always someone better at whatever. Those are the champions. They’re not women.

Reminiscent of the South African runner, Caster Semenya.

Semenya is an intersex woman, assigned female at birth, with XY chromosomes and naturally elevated testosterone levels. Following her victory at the 2009 World Championships, she was made to undergo sex testing, and cleared to return to competition the following year. In 2019, new World Athletics rules came into force preventing women like Semenya from participating in 400m, 800m, and 1500m events in the female classification unless they take medication to suppress their testosterone levels. In 2021, she filed an appeal with the European Court of Human Rights against the restrictions.

If you look at the physical appearance of both runners, they appear more male than female. The XY chromosomes are an indicator that can’t be denied. Normally, those with XY chromosomes are classified as male. The Namibian runner may have hermaphroditism.

There are a lot of people in the Olympics that participate in the women’s events that sure look like males, with the faces and body shapes. These days you really cannot tell.

Do the cellphone test! Put a cellphone in their back pocket and tell them to sit in a chair. The ladies’ phones will be fine; with them men you’ll hear a crunch as the phone gets wrecked.

Let’s see, “she” is banned from the 400 meters because of so called elevated natural testosterone but is allowed in anything shorter than 400 meters? Makes sense......btw..”she” is a dude
