You are not being fair here. The VAERS system does indeed contain many thousands of adverse effects of the vaccine, including thousands of deaths. These you can see for yourself in the VAERS system. This is a self-reporting system used mainly by physicians. The CDC has chosen not to investigate these reports. Political pressure? So of course the CDC has not “attributed...” They are ignoring the reports.
The media is also ignoring or censoring these reports. The “fact checkers” are actively poo-pooing any reports of injury from the vaccines. Search engines are hiding any site that reports on these issues. It is difficult to find information.
Here is one MDs opinion that made it through the media blackout curtain. (I searched for “Vaers vaccine deaths”) and this was the first one that was not parroting the government line. It was on page 6 of the search results.

The FDA and CDC both review these deaths.

That's too bad because it contains outright lies.

The CDC, which provided VAERS, explicitly states that they haven't found a causal link to a single vaccine death.
The author is flat out lying and you should seriously question anything else from that source.
