Honestly given existing pulmonary emboli

Were I not antibodies positive I’d likely take the vax

I did not have existing pulmonary embolism when I got Covid 5/2020

Some days I’m truly short of breath

Other days I barely notice..

I’m a skeptic

I thought I’d had it but I got lucky...I barely noticed and I advocate plaquenil and I shipped it to Freepers from Washington to Maine ...literally..

One sent me a nice gift too...bless her heart....in the complimentary way..

My stash is down to around 50

The functional ability of your lung tissue shouldn’t change from day to day. Maybe there are other factors contributing to the random shortness of breath.

At one point in my life, I took singing lessons. In addition to learning some Italian, I learned how to “belly breath”. The idea involves expanding the lower cavity into the shape of a bell. Not only is this good for volume, but also making better use of the lower regions of the lungs.
