“Think” and “believe” are the only two species of words anyone can use to take any position on this vaccine because nobody actually knows anything with traditional complete and long term trials. At this point the truth is only really opinions.
I hesitate to weigh in and respond to you because i don’t like to waste time arguing long points of opinion on unclear evidence. I choose to risk infection though because I may have already had the stuff and prefer the risk of possible infection to the certainty of a self-inflicted probability of long term and uncertain but identified adverse effects for what appears to be little or no gain in well being. Better the devil I now than the one I don’t. The arguments and evidence one way or another are at least equally uncertain or convincing. First do no harm still prevails for some?
The decision to be vaccinated is irreversible. I don’t like being boxed in that way. My insistence is that this remain a free choice for everyone who is not already committed.
That's a very reasonable way to look at it.
I personally think the evidence to date supports vaccination. Particularly the universal drop in severe disease following vaccination and the extremely low rates of hospitalization and death among the vaccinated. But you have to evaluate your own risks.
What I will continue to object to are the outright misrepresentations I see regarding the vaccines.
The most obvious is the constant lying about what the VAERS data represents and the claims of deaths caused by the vaccines.
After a couple of million shots I wouldn't be surprised if there were some fatal reactions, but to date in the US no deaths have been officially attributed to the vaccines.
