I see someone else answered your Question if Quercetin is like HCQ. I’ll add that HCQ is preferred when both are available because it is a stronger form. Quercetin helps but is not as concentrated and you would have to take alot, and like have intestinal complaints trying to get an equivalent dose. But Quercetin is better than zero, and can help with prophylaxis as it is well tolerated.
Good to know. I’ll check with my MD and add it to my cocktail in a reasonably small dose of course.
