No offense, but am I the only one who is having trouble squaring these two sentences? Seems if you had the first you would not have the second.
Also we know there are users of this crap all over the world. How does one use this drug if being near even particles floating in the air kills people?

I know I was trying to rationalize that as well. I assume the bags are sealed airtight or the fentanyl is diluted. I do know they mix it with heroin. All I know is I read stories all the time of people dying from just being near that crap. I’m assuming it has to do with dilution vs. pure stuff. Fentanyl is what killed the rock stars Prince and Tom Petty.
