in Calif, Repeat positives of the same patient count as one case with repeat tests. Probables I don’t think are even referred to outside a hospital setting, because they’re not counted as cases until lab confirmation, not just a swab test. Asymptomatics are counted as cases because only 20-30% of asymptomatics remain that way.
