I love Ringo on his own, but he would not be a good match with the Stones, IMHO. YMMV.
Ringo playing for the Stones would be considered a betrayal to millions of Beatles fans.

Great idea but Mick would likely not go along. Mick is not one to share the spotlight much. John Popper asked if he could sit in and play a song with the Stones. Mick said “dueling harmonica players? F him”
