I seem to recall that's the condition it was in when he got it in Britain. I don't think you can go on Ebay and buy a set of Panther tracks. I'm guessing if I was the new owner, I would need to have someone cast new tracks.
Rheinnmetal-Borsig is still in business. They could probably do it.
