Unanswerable class warfare. The 2,100 Oligarch billionaires are using the poor temporarily to shaft the middle class landowners, as their real estate monopolies, Blackrock, Vanguard, State Street and Berkshire Hathaway pay up to 25% above market price to buy up all the real estate—they have 2/3 or world assets to do it with—after which they will put the properties out to let as rentals, jack up the rates, keep low-end labor cheap with their “compassion” for Latin American migrants—but no soup for you, home-born African-Americans. They will keep everyone working cheap and paying even more for their rentals. Since there was a working wage in the 1960s with Moms at home rather than “liberated” by women having to work—shafting the interests of kids—the real value of real estate vs. wages has gone up 1,000%.
