I still hate eminent domain but I go much further.

I want a return to fee title with a complete prohibition on all property taxes. Property taxes in the UK are correctly called rent and the fact of property tax in the USA is that it is also rent. If you don’t pay your rent to the government they kick you out of your property.

Government can and will find another way to fund itself. Property taxes are an insult to the right to own property because no matter what you do your property will forever be owned by government.
