There are no “annual inspections” in this town—and there is no one to make such inspections—and no money available to pay such people in the future.
New construction is another matter, but as I pointed out we are hostile to new development anyway....

Over in IRASBURG, Vt., David Lawrence had a similar problem, albeit with a moose. Many similarities to their problems.

Per the squatter's own statements, the landowner gave him verbal permission to be there.
