I don’t agree. Our Lord did not answer Herod because he was a fool. Our Lord did answer Pilate because he was not a fool but torn between two choices.
If you are going quote one, quote the other.
And i am pretty sure Herod was a fool. why would one say that?
And when he understood that he was of Herod's jurisdiction, he sent him away to Herod, who was also himself at Jerusalem, in those days.
