You don't have the same standard as I for "profane", I suppose. I was raised by a Lutheran Pastor who would be jailed for child abuse these days, and that is a fact.

Stepping in to stop beatings does not take guts. It takes decency and a simple willingness to do what is right. Even the wimpiest among us should be capable of that. But, both contestants were women. Would it have been acceptable to bash the aggressor with a ball bat? How does one intervene in a cat fight without sustaining injury?
