Do you take L-Acetyl Cystine daily? How much? I took it during 2020 but ran out and didn’t replenish.
I stocked up recently when reports emerged that it was effective at respiratory recovery in COVID patients. Apparently everyone else heard that news, because it’s been hard to find.
I don’t take it daily, but it’s intended as a prophylactic in the event I actually contract COVID.
