They already are facilitated by the tourist bureau that used to be ICE/Border Patrol. Fentanyl, carfentanyl and all the others are pouring across the border.

One thing is certain, narcotics is the life blood of the democratic party, but I don't think it's about democrats and republicans anymore.. It's good vs evil.! Us against the commies, the thieves, the liars, and the sodomites... :(
