The GOP in Absentia

If only we had a party of streetfighters in our corner.

Of the many life lessons my high school wrestling coach taught me, one such gem resonates with me 39 years hence: "Boy Scouts don't win street fights." I find that truism uniquely relevant to today's political pickle.

The late Andrew Breitbart observed that politics is downstream from culture. One upshot thereof is that being the minority party does not absolve elected representatives of their duties. As we saw from 2017–2020, the left has taken to heart the old axiom about the squeaky wheel — despite not having the votes to implement their agenda in Congress, they effected it culturally by being the loudest voices in the media and on the street. The left also understands the phenomenon known in some circles as "Culture Creep," in others as the "Overton Window of Political Possibility" (defined by conceptually.org as "the range of ideas the public is willing to consider and accept"), whose relevant gist is that if one does not speak out against the cultural rot taking place a thousand miles away, he will soon find that rot has spread to his front yard. How is the GOP combatting the rot these days?

According to Johns Hopkins, the survival rate of COVID-19 is better than 98% for all age ranges. The data regarding deaths and other health complications associated with the mRNA vaccine raise valid concerns. Simple physics informs professionals such as engineers and filter manufacturers that a cloth or paper mask is powerless to stop virus molecules. A recent lab analysis of masks worn by children for 5–8 hours found antibiotic-resistant bacteria, as well as pathogens that cause maladies such as E coli, pneumonia, tuberculosis, meningitis, diphtheria, and Legionnaires' disease.

We don’t need people on the GOP side with the nickname “Mittens”!

With Trump campaigning for conservative challengers, we have a real chance in 2022 of voting out every RINO who must face a primary.

It has always been the way that these RINO traitors have stayed in office because the RNC would pour money into their campaigns and at least 3 "conservative" stooges would be run to dilute the votes of a true conservative challenger.

Not any more.

RNC donations have stopped from the Deplorables. And the 3 "conservative" stooge grift will no longer work once Trump makes an endorsement.

If the 2020 Steal is not enough to purge the RINO traitors from the GOP, then nothing will ever get rid of them.

Show up to vote in the 2022 primary. Don't sit it out and let the smug RINOs get away with their part in the Steal. And stop bloviating about how we need to start a third party. Why should WE leave? Purge the RINOs and let THEM start a third party.

I used to think that. NO.... I now believe that many if not most of the Republicans are complicit. Democrats dressed as Republicans. They use conservative rhetoric to get elected.

Politics is a great career. Loads of perks. Power.

Oklahoma. Inhofe and Lankford. GOP. Inhofe recently voted to put dykes in top slots in the military. Lankford was the redheaded creep who sent congrats to creepy joe before the results were in.

Loathsome creatures all. I'll never vote straight Repugnant.

Republican elected officials are always running scared. Only a few do what they are elected to do.

exactly....The only thing that scares me is Trump isn't always the greatest at figuring out who is actually on his side. In the past he's endorsed RINO’s (Mitt and Mitch) but it'll be up to us to set him straight when he strays by voting.

The RINO’s have a lot of $$ coming in so it may be an uphill battle and take a few cycles of us constantly slapping them back in elections. They are sneaky, lying turds.

Here's a box of N95 masks.
Pretty clear what the manufacturers think.
