It's crAP so the grain of salt of the size necessary to actually read the article has not been mined yet.
However, I will reiterate that it sure did seem like the Ozarks up to the Plains down to the Red River skipped that first round of COVID -- to their complete credit, as they were a bastion of normalcy (Branson, for instance) a year ago when people needed that very thing.
