It’s funny to see all the (correctly) anti-CDC people now quoting CDC like it’s reading from the Bible.
Well, in general, when you know someone is lying you publicly call them out and reprimand then.
The converse is true as well: if someone is telling the truth, or in other words, their pronouncements line up with facts and logic, they should be commended.
A government agency should never get a free ride where trust is concerned, in fact, given the general lack of character of government employees, we should be applying the highest level of scrutiny possible at all times.
