Pay your rent or get out.
Not sure why this is so hard.
In a sane world it would boggle the mind as to how an eviction moratorium is needed when for the past year the state and federal governments were paying people enough money to eventually entice them to NOT go back to work, thus creating our current “labor shortage”.
In a sane world a rational person would look at this and ask themselves “If people were paying their rent before Feburary of 2020, and made enough, if not more on unemployment, then why is the moratorium needed in the first place? Where’s that money going?”
But this isn’t a sane world anymore.
Too many people Used COVID as an excuse to get away without paying rent, when they were able to do so. The bill is now coming due.
