When the supermarket shelves go empty and the cell phones go down some Americans might wake up. It all depends on what the news media tells them to do. Most folks I run into are dumb as fence posts. About a month ago I was pumping some gas at the station. A car pulls in next to me with Jersey tags. I asked the twenty something fellow driving:"what part of Jersey you from? North or South?" He looks at me and with a straight face tells me he knows nothing about whats north or south. He flat out didn't know which way is north or south. Scary stuff.
