deport is exactly right. The majority of those low lifes were getting an extra $600 a week from the Feds. I would say a majority of these soon to be evicted people had no idea they would owe back rent.

Yup. My LL bud who has a 30 unit bldg told us he KNOWS they got money from the feds and those clowns who have not paid in 10 months have not even had the decency to pay at least a fraction of the rent. He’s not vindictive but he treated them fair and square thru more than a year, and it’s time to kick them out.
