It allows the personal information of recipients to be kept private because nonprofits typically do not have to comply with public records laws like cities, counties, states, and other taxpayer-funded entities. Another reason to end all non-profit status. People will continue to donate to actual charities that assist the truly needy. So many “non-profits” today are just a way to organize to avoid laws that others must follow.

Many nonprofit organizations State their mission as social charity, but it’s political. Talk about tax evasion!
