Hi folks.
So, I'm steering away from vaxing, especially since I read that the vaxed can acquire Delta covid, harbor it, and infect others it. I imagine other varients will be the same. I also read enough about ADE to be wary.
I do not want this to become a Pro- or Anti-Vax thread. I will not vax at this time.
What I am looking for is
I am late 50's, have Diabetes Type II (pretty well-managed these days), and am definitely overweight to the point of 'obese' (but am losing lately).
I have Zinc, D3, C and horse ivermectin in my possession.
Sure and don't forget to select for our Elite Instant Downloads.
Totally worth it.
I took the J&J. My understanding it was based on 30 year-old technology. Would that be experimental? Experimental maybe with respect to COVID??
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It’s not based on 30 year technology - that’s a promotional slant.
30 years ago they were injecting mRNA directly but the body kept attacking and destroying it before it could get into cells so it failed.
IN 2005 they discovered they could put it in a lipid capsule to protect it until it reached the cell. But that technology never worked because one could develop antibodies (often 100% of animals developed them) and then later when exposed to the pathogen, the animals sickened or died.
Then they made the mRNA’s and the J&J and Aztrazeneca.
The mRna’s sent RNA into your cells to tell your cells to make spike proteins.
The J&J injects tiny pieces of DNA that goes into your cells, and then into the nucleus in the cell, where it creates mRNA that goes and tells your cells to make the spike protein.
So the result is quite similar - either inject the mRNA, or inject fragments of DNA to tell your body to make that same mRNA.
Since they discovered how to get the mRNA or DNA into cells without the body’s immune system destroying it first (2005), they have had animal trials but no human trials (because the animal trails were not successful).
This technology has been experimented with to try to make an HIV vaccine, other coronavirus vaccines, and Hep C vaccines etc. and as I said, it didn’t work. So the technology is now being applied to another coronavirus (Covid) but this time they are trying it on humans.
Normally testing a vaccine can take many years, 12 years is not uncommon. This includes long term testing to see what the impacts, if any, are down the line.
But all the Covid vaccines were rushed, had small sample sizes, lacked sufficient rigor, and are still ongoing.
So ordinarly you’d have 10 or so years of testing and then apply for full FDA approval, using your years of experimental data as proof of safety. They would know how persons with specific co-morbidities would likely respond to them, whether they impact pregnancy or child development, whether they stop the spread or stop the infection.
The FDA filings for these vaccines state that there are data gaps because their experiments did not show whether or not they stop the spread or the infect, or if pregnant women or children are safe taking them. 10 years of safety experiments have been dispense with and the public is the trial subject.
The Covid vaccines have done small trials of 2 to 3 months and most are still in phase III of the experimental trail. This is the first time an experimental vaccine program has been applied to the entire public.
I figured I’d get that kind of response, but I had to to try given your health profile. But the rest of the comment is still valid even without that, so get those monoclonal antibodies if you need them. Take care and I wish you the best. Ciao.
I’ve lost 210 lbs and my last A1C was 5.6. I usually do two 48-72 hour fasts per week and a 5-10 day fast every 4-6 weeks.
I’ve only ever made it to 10 days twice, but 5 days is a cakewalk now after 2 years of practice.
So, we are guinea pigs for vaccines that failed in animal testing . . . that’s just great. Fraud and dishonesty. We have a great government here in the US, don’t we?
The Ziverdo Kit???
I wish I could fast like that...my brain immediately turns on hunger messaging when it hears “fast”...any tricks?
...two 48-72 hour fasts per week and a 5-10 day fast every 4-6 weeks
You eat twice a week, and then once a month or so you skip eating for another week entirely?
First thing I recommend is go get tested for antibodies.
You may already have had COVID and be worried over nothing.
I had a mild cold in November and thought nothing of it, but in January I went to Kroger and had the rapid antibody test. I had natural antibodies present.
I retested today and still show active antibodies circulating. $25 and don’t stress over the BS.
Dude, good to know that we’re in the same medical boat together. I see you’re getting a lot of advice from across the spectrum. For me (dawg) its the Q Z and NAC (once per day),
D & C (3 per day). Also do at least 2 mi on the bicycle in good weather every day.
No CCP bug so far. Must emphasize: exercise is key. Give the lungs a good workout once a day so the respiratory muscles don’t get lazy. If the chance comes along, go hit something. (See how did that there?)
My doctor told me that back when I was a teenager in the hospital make sure I kept breathing and kept fluids in so that I don’t
lay there and get pneumonia while in recovery. (Bike accident). My doc today would not recommend todays jab (see my rant “About Those Anti-vaxxers...” 7/23/21)
Also, if you find yourself with bouts of depression and frustration, take a break from the Free Republic at least once a week :-)
Just my couple a pennies.
Good points.
Especially after seeing the horror show that confronted terart.
How much D3 are you taking? And you must take K2 with it.
Yes...monoclonal antibodies..they are gold standard but look for an infusion center in your area...and just be prepared with other stuff.
I eat on weekends also. I am also still 75lbs overweight so I am “eating” stored meals when fasting. I do the extended fasting for autophagy to suck up loose skin and so far my skin is shrinking with my body.
So some weeks I eat on T-TH and weekends (4 days out of 7) and other weeks I eat on Wed and weekends (3 out of 7 days) and yes every now and then I don’t eat for a week. After an extended fast, I then eat as many meals as days fasted at 2 meals a day. So if I fast 5 days, I am eating 3 meals minimum over the next two days and after a 10 day fast, I will be eating 2MAD for the next 5 days. And they will be extremely high quality proteins and veggies.
“No Vax For Laz.”
Unless you have immunity from a previous infection that is just idiotic.
Yes, “idiotic”.
If you’ve recovered from a previous infection you have a wide number of options.
I can’t do it if I’ve been eating carb laden crap foods. Carbs cause hunger cravings of high intensity.
And I don’t clean fast (water only). I use HWC in my coffee and lately I’ve been boiling the grapefruit rinds from my hub’s daily grapefruit to make my own quinine bitters to flavor my water, but also use lime juice as well.
I eat very high fat the two days before doing an extended fast also. I am also not ashamed to have a cup of chicken broth at the halfway point if I need to. It’s like training for a sport.
And I suck on pink rock salt. Lots of fasts fail due to inadequate salt/electrolyte intake.
I’d ask the questioner why they were trying to violate HIPPA laws.
there are a variety of covid treatment protocols that utilize ivermectin and/or HCQ + azithromycin ... Dr Vladimir Zelenko was the original pioneer in these protocols and i trust his protocol the most (he uses all three + some supplements, all at the same time):
https://vladimirzelenkomd.com/zelenko-treatment-protocol/
i stockpiled zelenko protocol therapeutics from this source (no script needed):
https://www.silverlinemedicare.com/
freepmail if you want more information ...
btw, i DO NOT RECOMMEND horse paste: NONE of the ancillary ingredients except the percentage of ivermectin are available for ANY of the horse pastes,so who knows what these horse pastes are made out of ...
OK ... that makes sense now.
Ultimately, my root question would have been “How do you eat enough to maintain body weight on that schedule?”.
And the answer appears to be “You don’t”.
Did you notice that terart disappeared from FR on July 14 after posting his frightening thread? He opened the thread with this: "Hi all, my family has all been diagnosed with Covid and all very sick."
