A vaccinated person who gets sick from a Covid virus particle in their nose is an indication that the vaccines might need to be redesigned to not only effectively prevent death from Covid infection but stop Covid infections quickly by an additional means, such as latching onto a secondary protein part during virus disassembly or reproduction. This might make variant creation much less likely.
