She’d be happy to put the GOP in the clinker, then pass some *really* crazy bills.
She wouldn’t have a quorum, and there is no precedent or power for the House Speaker to imprison other House members.
She can babble all she wants about that but we aren’t in Papal Italy...yet. Her Inquisitions are nothing but hot air for the moment.
That time the Black Caucus led by John Lewis staged a sit-in on the House floor and refused to leave as a protest to slow down and stop legislation (June 22, 2016) they didn’t go to jail in a paddy wagon. Just to a 5 star restaurant later.
They were again trying to inflame emotions to pass ridiculous and anti-Constitutional rights gun grabbing laws.
