I (unvaccinated) just tested positive for Covid19. Tested at Baylor, Scott and White.
Per the nurse and doctor, the rapid test just signals Yes/No and can be subject to false positives.
The 24 test also came back positive so I have one of the CoViDs.
No way to determine further without a different test set that they did not order.
Oh, my probable vector?
My wife, after she got her J&J vaccine a month ago. Was really sick for a few weeks afterwards. Was probably shedding virus loads all over and I snagged a few.
They didn’t even want to argue down that path.
The only way to determine the variant is to genetically sequence your sample. That sequencing is done randomly on positive specimens at various points around the country to determine when new variants are active and which variants are most commonly present.

Literally impossible unless she got infected with COVID-19 separately. The vaccines do NOT contain the virus. There is no virus to shed. There is no way to "infect" anyone else from the vaccines. It's certainly possible your wife was already infected when she got vaccinated. Unfortunately, that typically isn't checked ahead of time.
