The IRS system for paper returns allows you to attach supplemental pages. But the electronic system does not allow those supplemental pages to be uploaded. That’s a huge and ridiculous design and implementation error on their part.
I have been using “Free File Fillable Forms” to file for years and have never had any difficulty attaching supplemental pages.
