I’ve been wondering if bee pollen has a positive affect on covid.

Not sure about bee pollen. If it helps to build your immune system, then I could see how it could have a positive affect.

NAC and Glutathione sure seem to.

I imagine that’s why they’re trying to stop NAC from being an OTC supplement. :-(

My NBC News colleagues are reporting.

Let me see it’s Trumps fault right and Biden is going to come to the rescue and free unicorns will be given out and free ice cream.

Thx!

We take (local) bee pollen for our seasonal allergies. The energy boost is a nice bonus.

Tried propolis, which is kind of similar to bee pollen though it’s a different product at the recommendation of a fellow lifter.

It’s supposed to have all sorts of benefits re: anti-viral and anti-bacterial, but I’ve never seen any real evidence for that.

But it really does seem to reduce inflammation and shorten recovery times between workouts. And come to think of it, I didn’t have my usual pine pollen allergies this spring, so there may be something to that as well. Mother nature has lots of tricks up her sleeve!
