I’ve been taking quercetin + zinc and I think my seasonal allergies have improved noticeably.

You just reminded me that I added zinc and vitamin D3 around the same time. Great point! So it could be a little bit of everything but, overall, a better immune system. I’ve never had the flu (that I’ve noticed), and rarely suffered from colds, but hadn’t considered that my allergies may have been exacerbated by vitamin deficiencies.
I’ve been no stranger to quercetin (with bromelain), zinc and vit d, as I had been taking them, along with a handful of other things, for many years already in an effort to keep my immune system strong. I’ve never had flu, either, and my main issue has always been the pesky seasonal allergies.
I had particularly added the quercetin/bromelain to help deal with those, and had noticed a lessening of their impact after I began taking them. Except for this past season, that is, when my allergies seemed really worse than usual. Maybe I had the Coof without even knowing it. Wouldn’t that be a kick. I never really did anything to avoid exposure, believing from all the stories that it was inevitable that everyone would eventually get it anyway. Of course I’d never know, without an antibody test. But I’d love it if that were the case...
