Don’t think white hats would be taking out even bad people like that, without charges, arrests, and trial, whether civilian or military.
Unless taking into protective custody with the public statement of suicide. Doubtful but who knows. None of us here know any of those men personally.
You will hopefully have to rethink that, illegal/unlawful combatants/belligerents don't have these niceties. Completely legal and justified.
