I’m mixing the drops in a cup of water or tea. I’m not experiencing much burning. Did have some burning in my throat as I increased from three to four drops. The instructions say to dilute six drops in water daily. I’m using Garden of Life, mykind organics Oil of Oregano. When I worked it up to 6 drops it will probably burn more.
But oregano doesn’t dilute in water is my point. it’s habenero hot otherwise. I dilute 20 drops from a dropper bottle in 1 oz of Everclear or Vodka so it will mix (after shaking) in my mouthwash.
