No, Florida and Texas will not. I’m worried about Ducey here in AZ, most red states won’t go for it.
The Fedgov under Trump and Biteme do not have the authority to lock down any of the States as we experienced. They have the authority regarding Fedgov employees, land, districts, etc. It was State Governors that destroyed millions of livelihoods and businesses in those States.
