These idiots are way behind the curve. The UK just turned the corner on the “Delta” wave, all while ending lockdown restrictions of all kinds. There was a point to all those vaccinations. They worked. The US should let them work too.

Lock-downs were not federal they were state and mostly dems. Some Repubs did and florida, texas and other saw thru the crap and gradually backed off. Now i think a lot of people see thru the crap.
This is going to blow up badly in their faces in 2022. I know some Karen types that are now sick of the lockdowns and mask thing and do not want Lockdown 2.
This isn’t about COVID, it’s about the audits.

I went shopping at my local Aldi here in Florida.
About half the women shoppers were wearing masks.
I went to the store earlier than usual, so I might have caught a hospital shift getting dinner after getting off work.
I got two shots of Moderna and have a strong immune system.
Am I protected or not?

Lockdowns are not indicated.
The majority of potential customers are vaccinated.
The business owners and most employees are either vaccinated or can easily get vaccinated.
Vaccinated staffing can generally be found for the types of businesses governments have deemed non-essential. This may require putting out signs saying, for example, I need vaccinated help and will happily consider people over age 65 who can do the work.
Glad I literally escaped from NY in October to the best state in the country-South Dakota!

For a freaking cold or flu? Why did we never stop all freedoms for other illnesses? This virus is not that bad and easily treatable for the non sick.

I got the useless vax as well. But we should all have the freedom to risk illness.
We all are allowed to drive cars. That’s risky. We are allowed to do any number of risky behaviors. We need to command the freedom to risk illness.
