Why are we focusing on medals, the Olympics is more about rings. The gay Brit swimmer gave his partner husband a ring, this is what the Olympics is all about, Love. Oh, and panic attack drama.
Guess I just love the skills and competition of sports and the idea of celebrating national sovereignty, a big factor in protecting individual liberty, some nations more than others.

I was on several high school and college varsity teams in my day, but I also love watching skill in action. Sorry if you don’t.
