There’s three McD’s by my home and every time I visit one, EVERY TIME, EACH ONE, they tell me the milkshake machine isn’t working.

No bother. I'm sure the owner operators must be aware that they're not selling any milkshakes and are just as frustrated with their lazy employees as I am.
